Kokichi

Ouma calls himself a liar multiple times. He has fooled most of his classmates with his lies. Aside from being a liar, he also tends to have various personality changes suddenly. He is also a bit manipulative, thus getting whatever he wants. This may (or may not) be due to his talent as the Ultimate Supreme Leader.

Although he may seem somewhat irritable, he is also very easily impressed, making him difficult to hate. In addition to being a compulsive liar, he can notice the lies of others.

Another thing that is surprising about Ouma is his high intelligence. From the beginning, he was analyzing the behavior of the other students in order to come up with a plan to help them escape. He writes down all his conclusions on his white board. Ouma is a boy who has the appearance of a child due to his voice and expressions. His skin is a color similar to porcelain. He has very dark purple hair that seems to have a somewhat disheveled hairstyle. He also has a rather striking black and white checkered scarf. He has a completely white vest that is a little untidy and white pants that reach to his black shoes with purple soles. It can also be assumed that due to his intelligence, he hates being bored. SAYS Ouma is very overprotective of his organization. When they are shown imprisoned and/or injured, Ouma thinks of a plan to save them. Since both his talent and memories are fake, it is unknown if the organization actually exists. Keebo is very awkward around Kokichi because of this and repeatedly asks him to stop.
