Ton is one of the CrossEyes officers. A childhood friend of the other officers, he is a calm and cheerful person.

Ton is a burly man with the face of a small boy. He always smiles, even when the situation doesn't call for it. He has short, scruffy blond hair, along with the characteristic black crosses marking his eyes, and he's missing a tooth. Ton wears a large green coat, and underneath he hides a sheath that holds all his knives.

Ton is a very carefree guy, always happy or hungry, and he usually brightens the mood of the rest of the Cross-Eyes officers. He cares a lot about his friends, even new ones like Natsuki, and because of this, he is prone to crying, often with tears in his eyes at the thought of losing a friend or the Chief. Ton also loves food and always has a snack in his hand. Despite his innocent appearance, Ton doesn't hesitate to have fun killing an opponent.

Like the rest of the Cross-Eyes' Senior Officers, Ton lived on the streets during his childhood, stealing food to survive with his friends, until the fateful night when they were captured by adults and thrown into the Hole to die under the effects of the Rain. Kai saved them and killed the sorcerers to use their Gate and reach the Wizard Realm. Like the other children, Ton joined him, idolizing Kai and becoming a founding member of the Cross-Eyes.

With the disappearance of El Jefe, he began to live a poor life with his friends in a rented house, trying to earn money in any way possible, waiting for his return. Once Dokuga told them that Risu was just a thief (actually searching the house for information) all the members subdued him and imprisoned him in a room, during the fight, the landlady came by for the money they owed her for the past 5 months' rent, having nothing, Ushishimada made the ultimate sacrifice, selling himself to the landlady in exchange for the rights to the land and the house (the landlady was actually in love with him since a long time ago), just as they were leaving, one of Risu's stakes, thrown during his fight with Dokuga impaled the landlady's head, killing her instantly, Ton was one of the first to celebrate this along with Saji, dancing in the courtyard with the title deeds in their hands, while the rest were disturbed by the morbid scene. He helped improvise a staged death so they could leave the body in the mansion, after some unsuccessful attempts, they ended up hanging the body from the second floor,

After the rope they used broke and the landlady's absurdly heavy body fell on Dokuga, Ton expressed his amazement at how abnormally strong Dokuga is by holding around 300 kg on his shoulders. Like all the other officers, he ended up working at Berith Onsen to earn some money, wearing his pig-shaped mask, he lamented along with Ushishimada about not being able to eat any food in the kitchen.

With the onsen destroyed and frightened by En (believing he was coming for them), the officers ran for their lives to a wheat field, where they all told stories about their individual moments with The Chief:
