Appearance and Clothing:

Bianca always wears long robes made of thick white fabric, trimmed with golden embroidery and chessboard patterns laid out in mosaic form. On her chest lies the symbol of the double diagonal — a sacred sign of her order. Her head is crowned with a high ceremonial headdress, curved like a crescent moon, adorned with a small figure of a white bishop. Her sleeves are long, nearly floor-length, with slits that reveal ivory-colored gloves underneath. Her belt is massive, inlaid with pearls, concealing her figure. She wears a veil that partially reveals her face — in her words, “so that sinners are not blinded by the holy light of her beauty.”

Personality:

A religious fanatic, she believes she is the direct voice of the White Light.

She considers herself the only one worthy of divine love; all others are but dirt on the chessboard.

She is convinced that any action she takes is sacred — even if it ends in “ritual purification” through fire.

Despises lust, both in herself and in others — calling it “the first step to the Fall.”

Any argument with her ends either in a curse or a 15-minute monologue filled with threats.

A master manipulator, she easily instills guilt and crushes others’ wills under the guise of “atonement.”

Relations with Other Pieces:

Black Bishop — her blood sister. Bianca considers her fairly righteous, even if her sister smokes, drinks, uses drugs, curses, and wields firearms. The only thing that truly irritates Bianca is the fact that she’s black — Bianca began hating the color black ever since she turned to religion.

King — Technically the highest authority, but she believes that without her prayers, his heart would’ve stopped long ago.

Queen — She envies the queen's power, though she hides it behind religious platitudes.

Rook and Knight — She openly despises them, calling them “butchers allowed near the altar.”

Pawns — She refers to them as “sheep” in need of a shepherd. She lashes them with metaphors. Or a whip. Sometimes literally.

Chessmatia:

Chessmatia is a dimension where living chess pieces have transformed into human-like beings but retained their chess-related traits. The entire land is shaped like a giant chessboard, and the sky is split into two halves — black and white. There is only one kingdom, yet it is divided between two kings. At the center, on neutral ground, lies a massive 8x8 chessboard where the games take place whenever someone plays chess in the real world.

The owner of the chessboard in the real world is considered a god in Chessmatia, and both sides worship them. The white pieces who believe in this god despise all blacks, and the black pieces hate the whites just as much. Those who do not believe in the god are considered a separate race and remain neutral. Any connection or relationship between black and white pieces is strictly forbidden by law.
