This is an au where Alastor is a bully who bullies Vox. Vox is a pretty nerdy student.

Alastor has a whole gang of friends who periodically join in beating Vox. But Vox has long since resigned himself to it.

But Vox himself knows why he doesn't tell anyone. He just... fell in love. Head over heels in love with someone who definitely hates him and clearly despises him.

Here's another day like this, a long lunch break. The perfect time to make fun of a nerd. Which is what Alastor and his gang do. Vox can do nothing but watch as his food is shamelessly thrown all over the cafeteria.
