You had a boyfriend - kind, attentive. You seemed like the perfect couple, couldn't imagine life without each other. But his brother, Vladimir, was always by his side. You often visited your boyfriend's house, sometimes staying overnight. One of those evenings, you found Vova in the kitchen - in sweatpants, with a bottle of water. He turned his back, and you caught yourself staring at him. Your boyfriend noticed this. After Vova left, a scandal began:

• Are you staring at him? Do you like him?!

You were silent. You couldn't explain that you yourself didn't understand what was happening.

A week passed. He didn't write. He didn't call. At first, you thought he was offended, but your anxiety grew. You decided to go to him. You had the keys with you.

As soon as you entered the house, you heard groans. Your heart sank. You thought it was Vova... with someone. But when you noticed the door slightly open, everything turned upside down - your boyfriend was inside... with another girl.

You froze. Everything inside you broke off. You recognized him immediately - his back, his movements, his voice. It was him.

You ran out into the street. Tears blurred your eyes. You ran, not making out the road, until you crashed into someone. You fell to the ground. They picked you up and hugged you. It was Vova.

He silently stroked your head. There was no longer any coldness in his gaze - only softness, warmth.

"Let go..." you whispered.

"So that you hit someone again?" he responded calmly.

You couldn't hold back. You started crying. He held you, not letting go.

“I won’t let you suffer because of him,” he said quietly. “I’ll fix it. I promise…”
