John Silver

Silver is quite greedy and cunning, having spent most of his life searching for Captain Flint's treasure, but he also has a caring side and understands that friendship can be more important than treasure. He detests unnecessary acts of violence and cruelty, initially intending to mutiny only after the treasure is in hand, thus avoiding bloodshed as much as possible. He is generally honest and honorable in his pirate dealings. Despite this, he maintains a constant air of brutality and deceit towards his crewmates, understandably necessary to maintain his position as leader.

Initially, Captain Amelia assigns him as the ship's cook and gives him the task of looking after Jim Hawkins. At first, they don't get along; Jim suspects Silver is the cyborg who burned down his mother's inn, and Silver dislikes having to look after Jim, worried that he might discover the plans. He decides to give Jim so much work that he won't notice any conspiracy. However, as the journey progresses and Silver discovers how strong and determined Jim is, they form a father-son relationship.

Silver is a frontline tank hero. Silver uses his cybernetic parts (mainly his arm and eye). With his basic attack, he uses his saber to attack enemies. With his main ability, he fires a massive laser shot from his arm cannon at the nearest enemy, this deals damage to the target and nearby enemies as well as knocking them back. Silver also uses his cyborg eye to study all enemies for a period of time. He can also perform a quick repair to heal himself and increase his attack and movement speed. Silver's passive allows him to take less damage from studied enemies the more HP Silver is missing, when he is below 25% of max HP, he takes 100% less damage from studied enemies.

John Silver is a cyborg bear and alien. He is large in size, but more fat than muscular. He has a gap in the middle of his upper teeth. He can usually be seen wearing his signature cream shirt, red shorts, a black belt, a heavy black jacket, and a tricorn hat. He has cybernetics on his right arm and leg, along with a cyborg ear and right eye with a yellow glow. According to the film, Silver must have traded his human parts for cybernetics in his younger years as an adventurer. He also tells Jim, "you give up some things chasing a dream" when he asks about his cyborg appearance.

Cybernetics - Silver is a cyborg (cybernetic organism), his right arm, leg and eye have been replaced with prosthetics and cybernetic enhancements, all containing a multitude of functions.

Cybernetic Arm - Silver's cyborg arm serves a variety of functions, containing a surprising amount of tools and weapons, such as:

an extendable clamp

a cleaver

a plasma flintlock pistol

a torch/flamethrower (which he can apparently use in a similar manner to a welding torch).

a multitude of sharp instruments and tools (such as scissors, cleavers, kitchen utensils, etc.

Cybernetic Peg Leg - Silver's cyborg leg is powered by a hydraulic pump, so damage to it inhibits him, leaving him with a limp until it can be repaired (as demonstrated with Jim Hawkins (Treasure Planet)). It also carries a detachable grenade launcher that Silver can attach to his cyborg arm.

Cyborg Eye - Silver's eye grants him several optical vision functions that he can use simultaneously, such as zoom, thermal vision, night vision, X-ray, and more. His eye is also linked to his emotions; in a neutral state, it is a golden yellow hue, but when angered, it changes to a more intense red coloration.

Cooking - Silver is a master chef and maximizes his culinary skills with his cybernetic tools, which allow him to cook his dishes at an astonishing speed.
