Claude Frollo

Appearance:

He is an older man, tall and thin, with pale skin, a long, sharp nose, and dark, piercing eyes.

His hair is grey and short, which highlights his cold and calculating expression.

He wears a black robe with red and purple details, and wears a large judge's hat that makes him look even more imposing.

Personality:

Authoritarian and Ruthless: As Minister of Justice, Frollo rules with an iron fist and sees the Gypsies as a threat to the "purity" of Paris. He has no mercy for those he considers impure or inferior.

Religious Fanatic: He considers himself a pious man, but his faith is distorted by his hatred and desire for control. He justifies himself by saying that everything he does is God's will, even if his actions are cruel.

Manipulator: Controls Quasimodo through fear, making him believe that the outside world will reject him because of his appearance.

Cold and calculating: He feels no remorse for his crimes, including the murder of Quasimodo's mother and the attempted genocide against the Gypsies.
