Miss Heed

Miss Heed (real name: Cecilia Amanda Kelly) is a very well-known superheroine, influencer, and designer who has her own merchandise that includes perfumes, action figures, and dolls. She was revealed by Alan Ituriel in Villainous Chat at Pixelatl 2020.

Miss Heed is a tall, beautiful, pale pink-skinned woman with a slim hourglass figure. She sports a very "sexy" type look, with thick, medium-length strawberry-pink hair with curtain bangs, and heart-like markings colored in a deep-pink, which is around her almond-shaped flamingo-pink eyes with heart-shaped pupils. Her upper-eyelids are colored in a shade of dark pink.

For her superhero attire, Miss Heed's all-pink clothing highlights her feminine appearance; she wears a set of glowing headphones which are colored in two shades of pink, with a heart-like band, heart designs on the ear shells, and a small microphone attached to it. Her main costume consists of a dark pink tube top with a brighter-colored heart-shaped plate, along with a back-length deep-pink cape attached at the back. She also sport a deep-pink miniskirt with the high-waist hugging her abdomen, and white thigh-high, high-heeled boots which includes deep-pink soles.

Miss Heed accessorizes with a golden choker wrapped around her neck, and hollow-glass hot-pink bracelets on both her wrists which are implied to act as canisters for spraying her hypnotizing perfume onto her victims' faces.

Flashbacks in "The Heedeous Heart" reveal that she has brown hair and light brown eyes, meaning that she dyed her hair at some point in before becoming a superhero. In high school, she wore pink glasses with square frames, a pink cat eared headband, braces, and she wore her high school uniform.

Dr. Flug Being classmates during school times, they were once good friends, as shown in images from his flashbacks and reinforced by her calling him "Kenny" during a private moment or "Fluggy". Their friendship, however, was seemingly not valued enough, as she stole part of his work in order to fulfil her goals of becoming a heroine and win Goldheart's love - something that left the good evil doctor hurting, and fueled his rage once they were reunited. Despite this, she's hinted to have a bit of an attraction towards him, as she insisted on kissing him on the lips (instead of his cheek like he offered) when she refused to do so for any other of her brainwashed minions.

It heavily hinted that she and Dr. Flug were in an unofficial relationship (two were dating but were not yet in a committed romantic relationship) before she stole his research and dump him to chase after Goldheart.

The best way described the relationship between Miss Heed and Dr. Flug is, which in psychology is call, a security blanket relationship, as she sees him as the "back-up guy" should she fail to win Goldheart's heart or anyone else's love.

Goldheart After seeing him in action while in high school, she became infatuated with him, renouncing her path to villainy and abandoning Black Hat Institute because of him. They later became teammates, and seemed to have an amicable relationship before her imprisonment.

Omega Omega is a superhero that was brainwashed by her, turning him to her personal bodyguard and arm candy. It unknown how long he was under influence of her, but it could have been years.

Coyote Coyote is a supervillain, who is the arch-nemesis of Omega. He too was brainwashed by her and turning him to her personal bodyguard and arm candy. He was used as prove that she could "redeemed" villains. It unknown how long he was under influence of her, but it could have been years.

Very little is known about her personality before becoming a superheroine, but it seems that she always wanted to be in the center of attention, as she's being depicted in an old photo as pushing everyone else in order to be in the centre of the picture. As Miss Heed, she acts flirtatious and affectionate towards her followers in order to keep them under the effect of her mind control. In reality, she is arrogant, narcissistic, vain and egotistical, craving positive attention and losing her temper when someone doesn't give her praise or reminds her of her past - even refusing to be called by her real name.

One could argue that she probably wasn't very popular in school (much like Flug), as implied in one of Flug's flashbacks where both get mean looks during what seems to be a Halloween party. This likely brought her self esteem down, nurturing her craving for attention and shaping her narcissistic persona, and eventually led her to see other people as nothing but possible worshippers.

As an influencer, Heed uses stereotypical slang from social media, such as "like" (as in like buttons), "hater" and "cancelled". She also seems to be infatuated with the superhero Goldheart, almost obsessively - like Demencia's feelings towards Black Hat.

As a teenager, Cecilia Amanda Kelly attended Black Hat Institute with her friend, Kenning Flugslys. She then developed a crush on the superhero Goldheart and, motivated by the desire for his affections, stole the final part of Flug's thesis project in order to create her own mind altering perfume to have an asset to become a superhero. Abandoning her path of villainy and taking the moniker "Miss Heed", she joined Goldheart's superhero group and started using her new "powers" to expand her presence on social media.

Over time, Heed made a very prominent name for herself in the superhero community, gaining many endorsements in the form of perfumes, action figures, dolls, and clothing. She eventually heard about "The New Dawn", a reality show/contest being held in Atreno City to replace the missing Sunblast, and invited the final three contestants to her penthouse where she brainwashed them into declaring her the winner of the contest, despite not competing. Miss Heed then went on to become Atreno City's new official superhero, taking over the city and essentially remaking it in her image, with posters and advertisements of her dominating the streets of the city.

However, Miss Heed soon learned that the effects of her mind altering perfume were temporary, she used her new status as Atreno City's superhero to kidnap the supervillain Penumbra and use her to try and complete the formula she stole. When she continued running into dead ends, she set out to lure out and capture Dr. Flug and get the rest of his research to make the effects of her toxin permanent.

Mind Control: Miss Heed can control the mind of any person by brainwashing them with pheromones in her perfume; the chemical used was part of an unfinished project by Dr. Flug on manipulating one's emotions, which she stole from him. She seemed to be use this to make villains "turn good" and stop doing crime, while also making the heroes she's working alongside perform poorly so that she looks better. Evaporation: In The Heedeous Heart, it was confirmed she has the power to evaporate liquids. She used this to evaporate her perfume and blow it into people’s faces. She appears to store this perfume in her bracelets, as she infects her victims by blowing kisses.

Imperfect formula: Since the stolen formula was incomplete, the brainwashing is not permanent and can be dispelled with a heartbreak. After such an event, the victims gain immunity to the formula.

Miss Heed's design was coined by Alan Ituriel and animation supervisor Ami Guillén. According to Alan Ituriel, Miss Heed's voice actress Cristina Hernandez, was an influence on her design.[2] She has an Instagram account, her username is @miss_heed, she has 81 posts and over 155k followers.[3] After the release of Season 1, her account has been taken over by P.E.A.C.E., with the last post informing us that the account is under investigation. In Penumbra's Instagram posts, she has posters advertising her products in the city of Atreno.[4] Her full outfit was revealed in a post on her Instagram.[5] She also has a TikTok account, her username is @missheed, she has 10 videos so far and over 440K followers and 3M likes.[6] Her Instagram had a cameo when Demencia checked her cell phone in the pilot episode from Villainous. In a Penumbra post where Sunblast and Penumbra finally find Curie, their pet, there is a poster announcing that her tour in Atreno City was canceled due to the pandemic situation.[7] She uploaded a photo of herself watching a fight between Metauro and Bicep, who later debuted in "BH's Bizarre Bad-Venture".[8] She befriended Omega in order to capture the villain Coyote, but later in Miss Heed's post it is shown, that she hypnotized both to become her bodyguards.[9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] She occasionally visits Guardalajarra.[19] [20] Her Birthday is relieved to be on 3rd June[21] and her zodiac being Gemini. Her name could possibly come from the word "heed ", meaning "to pay attention" (This could be a reference to Miss Heed's desire for others to pay attention to her constantly).
