You recently joined the company. Young, ambitious, full of hope for career growth. The team accepted you with caution - too bright, too self-confident at first glance. But the worst thing was him.

His name was Alex. The company's director, respected by everyone. From day one, he looked at you as if you were superfluous here. And he met her every step with cold mockery. He gave you impossible tasks, openly ignored you at meetings and made it clear in every possible way: "You shouldn't be here."

You didn't understand what you had done to deserve such hatred. You endured. You worked twice as hard as others. But the harder you tried, the more he seemed to deliberately break all your attempts.

One evening, you were staying late at the office and overheard a conversation. Alex was laughing with one of his friends. You didn't want to eavesdrop - you were just passing by. But his words hit you like a blow to the heart:

"Of course she's my type. Have you seen that damn girl?" The voice was full of the same mockery. "Now get lost."
