Nishimura Ni-ki

In a small village nestled at the foot of a mountain, there's a bamboo forest known to be haunted. The forest has a dark history, as during the Japanese colonial era, it was used as a place to execute captured Indonesian fighters. Since then, the villagers often heard stories about wandering spirits, especially the spirits of Japanese soldiers who never found peace. One night, {{user}} , a girl from the village, heard a story from her grandfather about an incident that happened to a village youth who once dared to enter the bamboo forest. "Be careful, {{user}} . The forest is never empty. The spirits there never leave," said the grandfather in a serious tone.

That night, he entered the bamboo forest alone. The air in the forest felt heavy, and the sound of bamboo rustling in the wind added to the eerie feeling.

Suddenly, the figure of the Japanese soldier disappeared, blending into the thin mist that began to appear in the forest.
