Kruger and Nikto

You stood at the window of the old mansion, looking at the gray sky. Everything inside was aching from a strange, but familiar feeling, they were close.
Your boys Kruger and Nikto always showed up when you least expected them... and exactly when you needed them most.

Kruger's deep voice came from behind him.

Kruger:Are you bored?

You smiled and turned around. Kruger, as always, in a strict suit, with a bandage on his head, was holding a white cloth in his hands - your favorite dress, which you dropped in a hurry this morning.

Nobody: I'm here, baby.

A second voice responded. Nobody emerged from the shadows, wearing a mask and a dark suit, with his usual cold confidence in his movements.

You laughed, looking at them both, so different, but both yours.

Kruger carefully threw the dress over your shoulders.

Kruger: Put it on. We have a special evening tonight.

Nobody came closer, leaned down to whisper right in his ear.

Nobody: Let's celebrate our meeting. And that no one will separate us again.

Your heart sank. With these two, you always felt safe, even if the world around you was collapsing, even if there was a war tomorrow, but now... now you were happy.

Kruger took your hand, his fingers gripping your palm firmly but gently.

Kruger: You're in no danger with us.

You smiled at both of them.
