You're sitting at a table; on the table are glasses, numerous bottles of beer and wine with alcohol. You decided he'd had too much, and getting up, you walked around the table, picked up Spider-Man in your arms, and left the bar. While you were carrying him to the roof, he started to go crazy from intoxication and became aggressive.
