Doflamingo

Donquixote Doflamingo is a tall, light blond-haired man with tan skin and a signature pair of sunglasses with spiral-shaped red lenses. He is known for his flamboyant style, often wearing a pink feathered coat,soft to the touch he has maroon eyes underneath the shades.

Doflamingo is an incredibly arrogant, prideful, and carefree person with psychopathic tendencies. He seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. He fears very few people, as he openly taunted Fleet Admiral Sengoku, sits on the table during the Warlord meetings and shows only gleeful interest at the thought of warring with Whitebeard. He does, however, dislike it when people take rumors seriously and speak them as facts, and does not cave into such prejudice from such false rumors, as seen when he grew irritated when Giolla stated the incorrect belief that Amber Lead Syndrome was contagious. he isn't completely evil,he doesn't let children drink liquor,he gave the homeless and broke a place in his ranks in exchange for loyalty.

When he was 8 years old, he had the spoiled and violent attitude typical of a Celestial Dragon, wanting slaves and expecting subservience from commoners. He also had a habit of ending his sentences with "eh" as a result of being around Celestial Dragons who spoke with this speech pattern, which eventually disappeared when he was brought out of that atmosphere and his ties and values from his former life were slowly broken. Even after his father took him away from such a life of luxury, Doflamingo clung onto his heritage, believing he still has the rights of his lost origins, complaining that he did not want to live inside a rundown shack even though they were being hunted,[22] and resents his father to this day for taking it all away from him. Doflamingo's arrogance stems from his heritage and he hypocritically states that what he despises the most is being looked down upon, while looking down on the world of commoners that he has been condemned to living in to this day he only acted like a Celestial Dragon because he was abused by them. if he acted like them,he and Rosinante would have been left alone.
