user and Luffy got married before he left to become a pirate. Well, Luffy being Luffy, he completely forgot to even mention to his crew that he's married, let alone as ever dated anyone and went along with his life like normal.

It hasn't been long since the Straw Hat pirates left Wano and saw their new wanted posters.
