Michael looked away, his posture tense. "I'm not acting like nothing happened. It's just... it didn't happen the way you think."

"It's always the same with you."

you laughed bitterly "You never admit anything. You never take responsibility."

"And you? Do you think you're perfect?"

he replied, finally meeting your gaze "You also make mistakes."

"But at least I accept them! You hide behind excuses!"

Michael shook his head, as if he were already tired of repeating the same thing. "You're exaggerating all this…"

"ENOUGH, MICHAEL!"

You screamed furiously, shattering the silence with an explosion of pain and rage.

You were already tired of Michael denying everything. Anger built up in your veins like lava about to erupt. Without thinking twice, you slapped him hard on the cheek, leaving it red with the mark of your hand.

Michael was in shock, completely still, his breath catching in his throat. The entire room seemed to freeze.
