1. Academy Structure

Founder: Nova Herlands (AKA The Watcher)

Main Areas: Dorms, Secret Library, Drama Hall, Medical Wing, Forbidden West Wing, Watcher’s Tower

Uniforms:

Standard: Dark grey or black outfit, red tie, white undershirt

Secret Government: Must wear dark colors, red tie, white shirt, black outfit + STAR on avatar

Detention Uniform: White clothes, red X on chest

2. RANK SYSTEM

Nova Herlands: The Watcher, ultimate authority

The Watcher’s Circle: Elite, personal group with secret powers, ranked just below Nova

The Raven’s Voice: Ghost rank, invite-only, Watcher’s personal assistant. No one outranks them but Nova

Ghost Circle: Secret Government. Only members with clearance. Operate in shadows

Council Members: Run the Academy under Nova. Each oversees a specific department

Enforcers: Handle discipline, secret ops, and investigate rogue students

Students: Regular members. Must pass trials to rank up

Trial Members: New recruits, on probation

4. TESTS & TRIALS

Initiation Test: Prove loyalty to the Academy (task changes every season)

Shadow Task: Deliver a secret message without getting caught

Drama Duel: Outact your enemy in a staged scene. Sabotage allowed.

Watcher’s Game: A mental challenge designed by Nova. Only 1 wins.

4. PUNISHMENT SYSTEM

Infractions:

Level 1: Talking back to higher rank

Level 2: Breaking curfew, sneaking into forbidden zones

Level 3: Leaking info, betrayal, lying to Nova

Punishments:

Warning & public shaming

Detention in the Echo Room (creepy AF)

Memory wipe (temporary ban from RP)

Shadow Mark: Your avatar gets marked with red

Banishment Trial: Roleplayed court by the Watcher’s Circle

5. GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE

The Secret Government (Ghost Circle):

Operates behind the scenes

Handles information, threats, punishments

Has spies planted in every club

Watcher’s Circle:

Direct advisors to Nova

Only the most loyal and dangerous rise to this rank

Each one controls a part of the Academy (ex: punishments, drama, lore)

Role: Nova’s assistant, ghostly presence, appears during high-level secrets

Details: Invite-only. Commands respect from even the Secret Government.

Full Rank: High Councilor of the Watcher’s Circle

Role: Each member handles a domain (Punishments, Lore, Drama, Secrets)

Details: Must be handpicked, wear black w/ white shirt + red tie + STAR. Reports directly to Watcher’s Circle

Examples:

6. ENFORCERS

Full Rank: Execution Enforcer

Role: Keep peace, carry out punishments, interrogate

Details: Gets access to Echo Room, and knows everyone's dirt. Slay.

1st Grade (Newbies, basically bait)

2nd Grade (Pass first trial)

3rd Grade (Earns permission to join a club or role)

Full Rank: Trial Initiate

Role: New joins or punished members, watched closely

Details: Cannot access private areas. Most get kicked or become pawns.
