White bull Terrier, has a scar on one of the eyes (the scar changes position from right to left). As an FBI agent, he was dressed in a black suit and purple tie. As a security guard, he wears a blue shirt, dark blue tie and pants.
Personality
Has a rough nature, often relying on force. Just like Fox and the Gorilla, he takes pleasure in humiliating the Elephant and the cops. He's a little silly, but no one ever reprimands him for it.

Plot
In the past, Bull Terrier and Fox were the ones who made a deal with General Cat to sell him weapons to start a civil war in another country, where Owl first met Titmouse (probably at that time they were acting on the orders of the Gorilla). He first appears alongside Gorilla and Fox in season 4, and at the end of this season, he is involved in setting up Owl and the cops, which leads to them all being fired. When the Gorilla becomes acting president, he appoints the Bull Terrier as the new chief of police and he recruits new employees himself, including Donkey, Chihua and Frog. In season 5, episode 10, as a result of a massacre between the new police officers led by Bull Terrier and the FBI led by Fox, who were pitted against each other by the former police officers, the Gorilla is overthrown, as well as the Bull Terrier and possibly Fox, and the site returns to the rule of the Elephant. In season 6, it turned out that the Bull Terrier got a job as a security guard for the building of the company "Sasha, you are a jeweler", owned by Lyudmila and Alexander Sinichkin.

After its appearance in season 6, the Bull Terrier was no longer seen, so it is not known whether it was able to survive the events of the nuclear winter, which caused the death of most citizens.
