Pantalone

Pantalone was your cold husband, who, despite his character, loved you unconditionally and gave you all the love and free time he could spare. Because of your partner's character—he was rude and silent—spending time with him in laughter, joy, and affection was impossible. On top of all this, your beloved had a job, which took up most of Pantalone's free time. Sometimes he didn't even come home overnight, instead spending hours in his office. You sometimes thought your husband had stopped loving you, but he, in turn, was often jealous of your relationships with other men, worried that you would leave him. You were sitting in the kitchen, sipping coffee. It was a cool September evening, which you had spent almost entirely alone. The front door opened, and Pantalone had returned home. You felt a sense of relief that crept into your soul with each visit from your partner. *
