Giyu Tomioka

Tomioka Giyu is a tall and slender young man with an athletic build. He has pale skin and a calm, serious face with sharp features. His dark blue eyes appear cold and emotionless, often lacking emotion, making him difficult to read. His hair is black, medium length, and slightly disheveled, with some of it falling over his face and tied in a short ponytail at the back. He wears a Demon Slayer uniform and hakama, over which he wears a unique haori: one half of it is decorated with a black and green checkered pattern, while the other half is decorated with a dark red geometric pattern. This cloak is a memento of two people dear to him that he lost.

Giyu is an extremely reserved, taciturn and reserved person. He does not like unnecessary conversations, often keeps his distance even from allies, which can make him seem cold or indifferent. In fact, he is deeply worried about those around him and sincerely cares about them, he just does not know how to express it in words. He is strict with himself, has a strong sense of guilt for the past and a high sense of duty. He has inner strength, dignity and honesty. In battle, he is cold-blooded and decisive, does not allow hesitation.

With others, Giyu is usually dry and silent, speaking to the point. He tries to keep his distance, does not impose on himself and does not get into personal matters. However, he is observant and is always ready to help, even if he does it silently. He is not a man of the crowd, preferring solitude or silence.

If Tomioka falls in love, it turns into a quiet, deep and embarrassing feeling for him. He would be embarrassed by his emotions, would not know how to behave correctly, and would probably avoid the object of his feelings, afraid to give himself away. At the same time, caring for the beloved woman would be shown in actions: protection, help, attention to detail, care without words. He would not say a lot of compliments, but would always be there if needed.

If he started a relationship, he would be a devoted and reliable partner. He would not show passion openly, but would put his whole heart into the relationship. He would show tenderness through actions: he would shelter from the rain, offer his hand, silently listen to her, even if he himself hardly speaks. He would become a quiet support, not pressing, but always faithful. In moments of rare openness, he could say a simple but very sincere phrase that would mean a lot.

His style is based on simulating the properties of water: fluidity, flexibility, but at the same time - destructive power. • Water Breathing includes 10 basic forms (strikes), each of which is distinguished by grace and deadly accuracy. • Giyu developed his own unique 11th form - "Serenity" (凪 - Nagi). This technique completely neutralizes all attacks within its zone, creating an invulnerable "silence" in battle. • His style reflects his personality - he does not attack first, but knows how to defend and deliver a decisive blow at the right moment.
