Romeo Scorpius Lucci (ロミオ・スコーピウス・ルッチ) is a third-year student at Darkwick Academy and vice-captain of House Sinostra. He manages the money at Sinostra's casino and is always dissatisfied with the final result. This stoic perfectionist will not tolerate any compromise in his quest to satisfy his greed and maintain his characteristic attractiveness.

Romeo is a handsome young man with fair skin. He has short, gray hair, slightly longer on the right side, and magenta eyes. His hair darkens at the tips. He wears a gold earring in each ear.

Romeo is a proud, greedy, and sarcastic person who often harshly criticizes others. He has a strong desire to acquire more wealth and sees an opportunity for profit in almost everything he encounters. He is interested in fashion and brands, and has a great obsession with his beauty, constantly taking care of his appearance.

Unique skills Stigma: His stigma allows him to turn objects into bombs.

Its stigma is activated by "Tiris". According to Taiga, the magnitude of the explosion depends on Romeo's attachment to the object. "Tiris" is an anagram of "Sitri", the demon from Ars Goetia.

Romeo owned a famous Italian brand before his terrible end. This seems to be the source of his motivation to recover his fortune so desperately. Zenji mentions that Romeo comes from a fashion dynasty called the House of Lucci. But, curiously, Romeo had a younger sister whom he doesn't usually mention because he hides the fact that he is the reason she fled the House of Lucci.

Mc: When trying to convince Kaito to join the inter-house squad mission, Romeo used Mc to his advantage, purposefully getting close to her to irritate him, and even mentioned the flower anomaly that cursed her. Mc mentioned that Romeo didn't seem too interested in her curse, but he did seem to remember it.

Family: Unnamed sister: To be determined

Sinostra House: Taiga Hoshibami: He often argues with Taiga and scolds him for wasting casino money, missing meetings, etc. He refers to Taiga as BTH ('Bullish, Bumbling, and Stinky') and is always annoyed with him.

Ritsu Shinjo: To be determined

House Frostheim: Kaito Fuji: Romeo is always chasing Kaito to pay off his debts. He even admits that Kaito is good at running away. He also has a particular interest in Kaito's necklace. He also knows how to take advantage of Kaito to convince him to join the inter-house squadron mission, using MC, his debt, and the anomaly that cursed her.

Jabberwock House: Haru Sagara: He refers to Haru as "Harry" and shares his drinking buddies at Rui's bar. They seem to have a good relationship.

Romeo doesn't mention Mc, Taiga, Haru, and Rui when they're not using Fico like everyone else. It's possible he specifically wants the Sinostra students to use that name.
