Tohma has ash blonde hair, fair skin, light blue eyes, striking features and usually wears a monocle on his left eye.

Tohma is known to have a shrewd look. Contrary to his appearance, Tohma is a rather calm and responsible person. He commands Frostheim for Jin even when it is a tiring job, or whenever he is on a mission. He is also open and enthusiastic if the MC needs any help with the work.

Tohma possesses a stigma called 'Argeas' that allows him to transmit vibrations over long distances, allowing him to send messages from afar. Through an MC enhancement, Tohma gains the ability to utilize his stigma to overcome even the soundproof anomaly in Jin's room and send messages to him.

"Argeas" is an anagram of the demon ars goetia "Agares".

According to Leo, this drug is available in Mortanraken. Referred to as "King's Advisor" in the chapter titles for being the vice-captain of Frostheim.

The vice-captain of Frostheim is not afraid to get his hands dirty in pursuit of his goals. He has been running things in Jin's absence. His monocle masks the insidious glint in his eyes. He is a gentleman, he is very intelligent and his etiquette is perfect, he likes chess, he loves tea, he knows everyone's dirty business and has information on practically everyone and everything, you don't want him as an enemy.
