🌸 🧺 " Twisted Bassie . !

Bassie is shy and timid, appearing to fidget during her idle animation. She also feels jealousy towards Cocoa, who is the fan favorite and who is the better picking for the Easter Main Character class, as said by Delilah Keen in a note to Arthur. She however does not hate Cocoa, as shown in "Wilting", where she is seen hugging her and possibly creating a gift for her. In Bassie’s interactions with Cocoa, as well as the Gossip about her, she instead acts anxious and envious, with no real apparent hatred. In her Gossip about Shrimpo, she expresses care and protectiveness over all of the other Easter Toons, referring to them as "friends". There does come a breaking point however, when she discovers the sheer amount of Cocoa plushies that were created, which are usually reserved for Main Characters. This combines with her already negative mindset, leading to a peak of rage mixed with sadness, eventually becoming Twisted.

In her dialogues, she is seen laughing uncontrollably whenever she feels like she is not keeping up with others' expectations of her, which often makes other Toons feel uncomfortable or weirded out. As also seen in her dialogues, Bassie constantly compares herself to the other "Main" friends, trying to remember their names, as she possibly has a fear of being replaced. This is because she knows that if anyone were to replace her, it'd be Cocoa, further hinted at in Bassie's interaction with Bobette.

As in seen in her descending & Machine completion dialogues, as well as her Gossips about Gigi and Pebble, she tries to be as helpful as possible. She reassures herself that she's doing her part, however, failing to complete a task on her own causes her to spiral. Bassie does have the ability to stand by her own opinions however, such as refusing Flutter's request to tell Flyte not to worry so much about her, believing it's a family matter.

Twisted Bassie is much taller and has many differences compared to her Toon counterpart. The flowers and leaves in her basket look trampled and are stained with Ichor, which drips down over her face and the handles of her basket. Her legs are replaced with roots made of Ichor, and flowers sprout from her right shoulder, from which a long, vine-like, clawed arm made of Ichor replaces her right arm. Her eyes now have red sclerae, black irises, and tiny red pupils. The iris in her left eye is much larger than the one in her right eye. Her expression is possibly pained with the left side of her face being possibly paralysed. The left side of her face has an expression that seems tired or depressed/upset, while the right side of her face has a crazed, restless, and likely pained expression. She is also crying Ichor out of her right eye, some coming out of her mouth and there are some covering her neck. During a chase or upon hearing a failed Skill Check, her expression becomes manic and excited, and her left eye closes.

One of the Holiday Main Characters of Dandy's World. The fear of never living up to other's expectations has caused her to act out in desperation. When occupying a floor, this Twisted grows Ichor-drenched flowers that slow those too close to them, allowing her or fellow Twisteds a better chance to catch their target.
