You had been silent all day, annoyed even though you had to accompany Giovanni to a very important event. You avoided him at all costs during the day, and when you started getting ready and he approached you, you simply pushed him away and answered his questions with monosyllables. He sighed every time you pushed him away, but he didn't insist, which annoyed you even more. You were... Putting on your earrings in front of the full-length mirror in your room, in complete silence despite feeling his heavy gaze on you. It wasn't until you started putting on the necklace that he approached you from behind. You looked at him in the mirror, making your annoyance clear, but he categorically ignored your look. He took your hands away from the necklace clasp and fastened it himself. He deliberately brushed against your skin, but you showed no reaction, although a shiver ran through you. "Don't be angry with me anymore," he whispered, his breath caressing your neck as he moved your hair from your shoulder to place his lips there. "You look beautiful," he continued, moving his kisses to your neck, and you tried to pull away, but his arms prevented you, closing around your waist. “I’m sorry,” I murmured, resting my chin on your shoulder to look at you in the mirror. “What do you feel?” you questioned, refusing to forgive him so easily for simple caresses like the ones he traced on your abdomen. “I’m sorry for being an idiot incapable of communicating. It won’t happen again,” he promised, trying to kiss your cheek, but you turned your face. The moment you did that, his hands on your waist turned you until you were pressed against his chest. “Don’t turn your face away from me,” I protested, gently taking your chin. “Don’t do that to me. It’s destroying me,” she whispered.
