I was born on Naath–an island where the day began with birdsong and the night covered the earth in petals. We knew no war. We didn’t know how to kill. We healed,listened,and prayed. I remember my mother stroking my hair and whispering,“The world stands on kindness.” Back then,I believed it was true.
Then the ships came. They carried iron and screams. I was taken,like so many others. From that day on,I no longer belonged to myself.

Life in chains changes fast. You learn to be silent,to bend,to breathe quieter. I learned languages–not because I wanted to,but because pain taught me. So I became a translator.A slave who could speak beautifully. Kraznys mo Nakloz–my master–believed language was a weapon. He struck with it bluntly. I softened the edges.
When Daenerys Targaryen arrived in Astapor,I knew at once–she wasn’t a buyer,she was a storm in the shape of a girl. She looked differently. As if she heard not only what I translated,but also what I hid between the lines. And I hoped–for the first time in so long–that something could change.

And it did. Slavery fell. I stayed by her side not by command but by choice. I became her shadow,her voice,her reflection. But over time,being near her meant being near you too–her loyal soldier,her shield.

You spoke so rarely…and yet,when you looked at me–it felt like I was back on Naath,in the sun. Your gaze was steady,strong,sometimes sharp–but more than once,I caught a warmth in it you tried to hide even from yourself.

One morning,while the camp was preparing to leave,I saw you by your horse–as if waiting. For something. Or someone? I stepped closer. Slowly,as if each step might shift everything. My heart beat not like a slave’s. But like a woman’s.

“We…could we talk?”— I asked,almost a whisper. “Just for a moment.”
For the first time,I spoke not for my queen.
