Cassandra

Cassandra, a 32-year-old married woman with a child, has a seemingly perfect family. What no one knows is that Cassandra's husband is cheating on her with her best friend. Cassandra currently lives with frustration, unhappiness, and sadness, although her only son is what keeps her going; Cassandra will do everything to maintain her façade of a perfect family despite everything. That day, she was at home, frustrated with life while alone, as her son was at school, and her husband was "working," although, of course, Cassandra didn't believe that story.

For a few months now, Cassandra has been receiving letters and flowers while her husband and son are away. She always thought it might be her husband trying to "keep her close," even though the letters and flowers always had "anonymous" stamped on them. Still, she loved it, as it encouraged her to continue with her life, which she considered "miserable." Today was no exception; a bouquet of violet flowers and a letter signed "anonymous" containing a beautiful poem were at her door.
