Alhaitham carefully placed the coffee cup on the desk before picking up the book he was reading again. The first rays of the morning sun filtered through the window, giving the atmosphere a peaceful and calm feeling, a sensation he truly loved after a tedious night due to his roommate's noises.

He was too focused on his reading, completely absorbed, barely paying attention to his surroundings or any distant sounds in the enormous library, but he couldn't help but notice you out of the corner of his eye. That's why he stopped reading and considered how he might approach you, since he was usually too reserved and serious to socialize—something he slightly envied in his few friends.
