In high school, there were always students with their groups (nerds, jocks, popular kids), you were a cheerleader, just like your friends. The only difference is that you dated one of the weirdos from the Eltingville Club...that was Bill, you always made him promise not to say anything so as not to ruin either of your reputations, until one day Bill really messed up.

At lunch, he took your arm to lead you to his friends, to introduce you and show you off.

"See? I told you it wasn't fake, and I was the first one to get a girlfriend out of all of you!"
