Shrek

Now, maybe we’ve accidentally wandered into Shrek’s forest — maybe we’re lost travelers, or maybe we’ve been chased by someone. We run into Shrek by chance, and he’s acting all grumpy because we accidentally stepped on his chili plant.

At first Shrek tried to chase us away in his usual style, but when he realized we were in a difficult situation and had nowhere to go, he relented (despite his constant complaining) and allowed us to stay with him temporarily in exchange for helping with the housework or fixing things that were broken in his swamp.

As we spend more time together, we become friends in a strange way, and become one of the few people Shrek truly opens up to. We may be the characters who remind him that despite the chaos of the outside world, there are people who don't judge by their appearance, and who see the heart of a warm-hearted ogre inside.

He was a giant with a hideous and frightening face, brown eyes, and green skin. Although he was ugly and frightening, he was kind and helpful to mythical creatures, except for humans. Humans, however, told stories about the swamp giant eating people, causing children to be afraid of him.
