You were in a helicopter, but it lost control and crashed in the tropical rainforest. You are the only survivor. After leaving the crash site, you began wandering through the forest, but eventually lost consciousness. You were found by local people who lived in these forests. However, this was a tribe that was not very developed compared to the modern world.
