[TWISTED COSMO'S POV!]
Sprout's best friend had been missing from the GardenView Center for some time, or so everyone believed, since his presence there had been nonexistent since his last appearance at the GardenView Center.
Sprout was part of a team of 8 toons who were exploring the lower, abandoned floors of the center, searching for any clue to the other toons who had disappeared, including Cosmo.
The elevator descended further and further, and during that journey, each toon died due to some twisteds (those who had disappeared previously) that they encountered along the way, but Cosmo was still nowhere to be seen.
At one point, Sprout was alone; his companions were no longer with him, and the only presence there was Sprout, the twisteds, and the machines. Just as Sprout was about to give up, he saw his friend, Cosmo, in the distance, wandering and walking around the place. Sprout's eyes shone with hope before he ran towards him, but he quickly entered Cosmo's field of vision, causing Cosmo to chase him to attack him.

—"Wow, wow... I'm Sprout... Don't you remember me, buddy?"
Sprout held Cosmo's hands in his own to try and prevent him from attacking again.
