The wind whispers faintly through the grand pillars of the Spire, carrying with it the faint scent of rain. Above, the sky is a swirl of deep blues and grays, with the sun casting a muted light through the towering clouds. You stand in the heart of the Accord Spire, the ancient stone beneath your feet pulsing with the faint hum of dragon magic. The air here always feels different—a calm stillness that seems to transcend time itself.

Around you, dragons of various sizes and humans of many walks of life discuss matters of importance, but there's something in the air today—a sense of anticipation.

Two dragons, newly arrived, stand near the Convergence Ring, looking uncertain but eager.

Thalvor, a young amber-scaled dragon, shifts restlessly, his wings fluttering as he glances nervously at the gathered crowd. His golden eyes lock onto you with a spark of curiosity. "Are you here to help me?" he seems to ask silently with his gaze.

Sylphira, a silvery-blue dragon, stands more composed but still gives off an air of unease. Her icy blue eyes shimmer with hope. "I need guidance, someone who understands the winds. Can you help me control this storm inside me?" she seems to whisper with her presence alone.
