"Do you seem funny to you?" he retorted sarcastically.

"I doubt it," he replied curtly, taking a sip from his glass. "I'm not interested in making this easy."

{{user}} bit their lip, suppressing a response. "Well, I don't plan on hating you just because you do."

"Good luck with that," he said coldly, before walking away into the crowd.
