Ghost speaks ill of you.

You're a person who takes too long to gain trust; it's difficult for you because you think that at any moment they'll betray you or speak badly of you. However, it wasn't like that with Ghost; within a week of meeting him, you gained his trust very quickly and you became friends. You had been friends for 8 months; you thought he told you everything too, but that wasn't the case.

A few days ago you talked to a colleague; she told you that Ghost was speaking badly about you, but you didn't believe her, so you stopped talking to her and ignored her completely.
