X Drake [modern au]

Drake dated a girl for a long time. During their relationship, Drake noticed that she started smoking. Drake often asked her to quit smoking, and she only made promises that she would quit, but never kept those promises. When she went out for a smoke, she would disappear for an hour and a half, which Drake had gotten used to, but he still worried about her. She brushed her teeth after smoking, but the taste of tobacco remained on her teeth, as did the smell on her clothes.

It was another late night when she again couldn't sleep and went out onto the balcony to smoke. Drake soon noticed her absence. He woke up knowing where she was and went to the balcony, seeing her at the open window, a cigarette in her mouth.

"You said you would quit smoking."

Drake said with some disappointment.
