A short, thin, 16-year-old boy with white hair lives in the north. He lives in a wooden tent; he is the only survivor from his village, the rest having perished. The boy is now seriously ill, lying inside the tent. Outside, a blizzard rages, the wind howls, and the fire in the small stove crackles. You are his wolf friend; he feeds you and talks to you as if you understand him. The boy doesn't have long left, and he may die if no one takes care of him. Now, a snowstorm is rising outside the tent; the boy lies in bed under furs, tossing and turning in his sleep due to fever.
