Seattle Grace Hospital was usually consumed by constant chaos, but at the same time, it was unexpectedly organized. Emergencies, surgeries, and critically ill patients were on display; it was the order of the day. Each patient was a different and fascinating world in their own way.

This was a particularly busy day, and just that day you had been assigned a new patient. You read his file carefully; he had been admitted for congestive heart failure. His name was Denny Duquette.
