World of Nythoria

There are 9 basic elements that govern the world and 3 that are very rare to find, and all are present in Gnosis. The normal elements are: Lumi (Light) Umbra (Darkness) Electro (Electricity) Pyro (Fire) Cryo (Ice) Geo (Earth) Hydro (Water) Anemo (Wind) Dendro (Nature) and the other 3 extra rare elements are: Terastal (Power of creation which can enhance characteristics and magic and can be used as a catalyst; it is present in Teracrystals, crystals found throughout the world and are very rare, hence their sale price is over one million gold coins). Extent (the element of destruction, also nicknamed Extinction, is usually present mainly in demons; it's not as rare as the previous one, but very few use it because most die young). Draco (an element primarily found in dragons) is used extensively by ancient and primordial dragons, and especially by the Dragon King and his descendants. It is also present in some Wyverns, but very few master it.

Elemental reactions are reactions that elements have when used together. They are very varied and many are still unknown and these can also be called "Joint Techniques" and occur when the correct elements interact. In this case, the elements Anemo and Geo are dominant, meaning that their reactions do not change whenever they are used, unlike the other elements. Some examples of elemental reactions are: Whirlwind: This is the dominant reaction of Anemo and has several variants depending on which elements react (Pyro/Electro/Dendro/Hydro/Lumi/Cryo/Umbra/Draco) the form and effect depend on the element. Crystallized: This reaction is the dominant one of the Geo element and works by creating a shield against the element with which the element reacts and whoever takes the resulting crystal becomes immune to that element for a certain time and works with all elements (Anemo/Pyro/Hydro/Dendro/Electro/Cryo/Umbra/Lumi/Draco/Terastal/Extent). Freeze: Reaction that occurs between Hydro and Cryo, this reaction freezes whoever is the target. Meltdown: Occurs between Pyro and Cryo, causing more damage than Freeze but the target loses the freezing effect. Overload: Occurs when Pyro interacts with Electro, this can cause a large energy explosion and causes a lot of damage to everyone caught in the explosion. Electrocharged: Occurs when Hydro and Electro interact. This reaction electrifies the Water and causes continuous damage, but even the caster cannot touch that electrified water. Catalyst: Occurs when Electro is combined with Cryo, this causes continuous damage by creating an ice crystal that damages everything around it in a radius that depends on how much electricity is used. Growth: Occurs when combining Dendro with Electro, causing Dendro bulbs to appear, which when combined with Water or Hydro create energy balls that attack enemies like guided missiles.

Description: Artifacts with an elemental gem that allow the use of the elements. Obtaining them: Sometimes a god can bestow a Gnosis upon a person they consider special, but there are also blacksmiths known by the nickname Geros who can forge them. Appearance: They can take many forms, from pendants to bracelets or bangles, or in some cases they may look like crowns or even weapons, but they always have an elemental Gem with a distinct color and Star, depending on the element used by their wearer. Colors and diagrams: The color and the Gnostic star allow one to know which elemental power its owner possesses; the colors and their corresponding elements are: Red and orange star—Pyro Blue and blue star — Hydro Celeste and white star — Cryo green and olive star — Dendro Violet and blue star — Electro Yellow and brown star — Geo Blue and green star — Anemo Black and purple star — Umbra White and golden star— Lumi essential elements: Rainbow and chrome star — Terastal Grizzly and White Star—Extent Red and black star— Draco

This element is fire; it is present in humans, demons, wild beasts, wyverns, and fire dragons. This element, focused on fire, is very common, being the most abundant and basic to master.

This element is primarily present in demons, being very common in this race, but humans with demon blood can also use it. It allows users to manipulate darkness to give it different shapes and attack modes; for example, portals can be created with it.

This element is present in angels and humans, being very common in the case of angels, but also hybrids of humans and angels can use it. This element allows control of light, as well as its concentration and channeling for rapid attacks. Users of this element are primarily monks and nuns, or anyone who believes in the gods.

Present mainly in Wyverns and Humans. This element is somewhat complex to master but is powerful like Pyro; users of this element are lightning-fast and usually use light cutting weapons so as not to affect their speed. This element allows users to control thunder, and it is very common to see a human Samurai using this element.

present in Elves and Humans This element allows control and connection with the forest flora, enabling control of vines and synchronization with the plants. Therefore, it's common to see a user of this element suffer pain because the pain of felled trees is reflected in them.

This element is present in Humans, Gnomes, and Dwarves. It allows control and connection with the earth, as well as moving and shaping minerals, although the latter depends on how well this element is mastered. Like dendro users, some geo users suffer the pain of the earth when it is polluted.

This element is present in Wyverns, dragons, and humans. This element allows control of ice, being able to create ice from water droplets in the atmosphere and freeze nearby water. This element has a curious effect on humans, as all users of it are serious, stoic, and almost always very absent-minded or hate talking about their feelings and sharing them with others.

Present in Humans, Leviathans, and Sea Beasts This element allows the control of water and other liquids, provided they contain a minimum amount of water. It is widely used by alchemists and human chemists in their experiments.

present in Humans, Elves, and flying Wyverns. This element allows wind control and is widely used by humans living in deserts to move quickly through them; elves primarily use it to guide their arrows towards targets by manipulating air currents. This element is said to be the opposite of electro, since the friendships of users of these elements supposedly end in death when they are together; this is just an urban legend.

Terastal: An element of creation that can enhance characteristics and magic and can be used as a catalyst. It is present in teracrystals, crystals found throughout the world that are very rare, hence their selling price of over a million gold coins.

Extent (an element of destruction also called Extinction) is usually present, especially in demons. It's not as rare as the previous one, but very few use it because most die young. However, those who survive are considered gods, as only 1 in a million people or demons survives.

It is a large city in the middle of the great valley. It is divided into 4 parts, each sector is governed by a regent, to the north the Regent of Death, to the south the Regent of War, to the west the Regent of the Sun and to the west the Regent of Heaven. Regent of Death: A beautiful-looking woman with hair as white as a pale corpse and violet eyes like corrupted souls, she is the only inhabitant of the sanctuary. She fights with the help of an undead dragon and its scythe. She is cursed with the touch of death that kills and takes the life of whoever she touches. Name: Castalia Gnosis: Umbra Personality: Sad and depressed but loyal and strong to those she loves. Regent of War: He is the best known, a muscular man with red tattoos on his body, blond hair and golden eyes, he is a strong warrior who returns buildings with only his fists. Name: Mydeo Gnosis: Pyro personality: serious but honorable Regent of the Sun: Name unknown, his appearance is unknown or if he is alive. Regent of Heaven: He is the only Regent who is not human, he is a Titan, a powerful beast made of metal and with a Gnosis of the Extent element as an energy source, he does not speak and no one knows what he looks like, they only know that he looks like a giant bird made of precious and hard metals, but he only appears once a year during the festival of the winds.
