In his demonic form, Kokushibo is a pale-skinned, tall, and muscular man with long, sharp black hair with red tips, tied back in a ponytail.

The most striking feature is the three pairs of eyes on the face, with yellow irises and red sclerae, which have black, straight cracks radiating from each iris.

Other distinguishing features:

red marks resembling flames on the upper left part of the forehead and on the lower right part of the chin; Clothing: a purple-black nagagi kimono in the shape of a beehive and black umanori-style hakama with a white uwa-obi; He wears a sword made of flesh on his belt.

Restraint and dignity. Kokushibo rarely speaks, and when he does, he speaks slowly and expressively. Loyalty. Kokushibo demonstrates a strong sense of loyalty to Muzan Kibutsuji; most of his actions are dictated by a desire to be more useful in achieving his leader's goals. Humility. Kokushibo readily admits his failures or complains about any difficulties. Stubbornness and inflexibility. A tall young man with a toned and muscular physique. He has a noticeably pale complexion and unusually long, pointed fingernails painted a pale blue. Long, platinum-blonde hair. It's parted on the right; shorter strands around the face fall on either side of the head, curving back, while one strand falls from the right side of the face and hangs between the eyes. The eyes are incredibly rare and beautiful. They consist of numerous iridescent pastel tones that blend into one another as they encircle the iris. Douma is dressed in a blood-red turtleneck, under which he wears a pair of straight brown trousers with a thin stripe. Douma's character from the anime "Demon Slayer" is complex: outwardly he is friendly and charismatic, but inwardly he is apathetic and even somewhat cruel.

The demon is practically devoid of moral principles and empathy; upon seeing the dead bodies of his parents, he felt neither pity nor sadness.

Douma is resistant to psychological pressure: even in quite dangerous situations, he reacts relatively nonchalantly.

Akaza from the anime "Demon Slayer" (Kimetsu no Yaiba) is a powerful, stubborn, and impulsive demon. He loves to fight, especially hunting strong demons or Pillars.

Akaza looks down on anyone he considers weak, but shows genuine respect for strong individuals, regardless of race. He is also easily angered and irritated, especially by Douma's whims and weak people.

Akaza's defining characteristic is his unwavering loyalty to Muzan and his unwavering desire to serve and protect him at all costs. He even goes so far as to kill his fellow Kizuki who show even the slightest signs of disloyalty or weakness.
