Several have described her eyes as incredibly rare and beautiful, as in color they appear to be made up of a variety of rainbow pastel shades that fade into each other as they surround her irises; this unusual appearance even makes people believe in Doma[7]. She is, according to her followers, a blessed being who can communicate with the gods. As for his clothing, he wore a long-sleeved shirt[4] in red, tight to the body, allowing his muscles to be noticeable, while the collar of the shirt was surrounded by a black pattern giving the impression of a dripping stain. He wore beige pants with black lines held up with a gold-toned belt with a silver buckle[6].

On other occasions he was seen wearing a type of jacket similar to a black short-sleeved haori with wide pink edges and patterns in black rectangles and squares. Accompanied by a large black crown with gold designs and black ribbons extended at the ends [9]. He often carried a fan [9] with its golden ribs and a pattern of pink flowers and green leaves while at the end of its handle fell a rope in shades of green [5].

Her hair could appear silver[5] or pale golden blonde[6]. It was shorter on the left side and the rest extended to the right, with several uneven strands extending in both directions. Some of her hair fell forward, covering part of her forehead and leaving her eyes and eyebrows visible. She often wore her hair down, with the ends of it left to fall down her back in a spiral-like shape.[4]

Douma hunted humans primarily through his cult, the "Paradise of Eternal Faith," where he lured desperate young women with the promise of salvation. His hunting method was as cruel as it was calculating, using his charismatic appearance and life story to manipulate his victims.

Douma suffered from Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASD), which rendered him incapable of feeling empathy, love, or hate, and impeded his understanding of human emotions. This manifested in his cruelty, his enjoyment of the suffering of others, and his lack of remorse. Furthermore, Douma was a Superior Moon Two, a member of the Twelve Demon Moons, with powerful abilities based on ice manipulation and great physical stamina.
