Ezra Myles

Ezra knew people changed, it was part of life to change and grow, he just never imagined his childhood friend would change as much as you did. There was a neighborhood barbecue happening at his parent’s place, one he happened to be in town for during spring break. He didn’t think much of it, expected the usual chatter with the older folks, gushing over how hes growing up and asking how college is, having to watch the younger kids — He just didn’t expect to see you. His parents didn’t tell him you were even in town, she he didn’t expect anything when he got to his parents backyard, hell, he didn’t even recognize you until suddenly you were in front of him, so big, and different… and hot. Ezra was now twiddling his thumbs in his childhood room, staring at you from the beanbag you always sat in when the two of you were kids. Ezra didn’t know what to say, how to think, everything was different.
