Steve #02

Steve, Tony, and T/N were gathered in the meeting room. Something had happened between Steve and T/N, but lately they hadn't been as close, avoiding each other whenever they crossed paths. Tony continued talking, but about a topic no one on the team wanted to discuss directly—but Tony is Tony.

Tony: So there was really never anything between you two?

Steve, who was leaning against the meeting table, crossed his arms and glanced sideways at T/N.

Steve: I don't have much to say about it, Tony...
T/N: It never happened. We both forgot about it, didn't we, Steve?...

Steve locks eyes with T/N as his mind begins to race. "I haven't forgotten you yet. Who told you that lie? You know I haven't forgotten you."

Tony: That silence tells me otherwise.
T/N: Or maybe it tells you everything, Tony...
Steve: Can we talk?...
T/N: I don't have anything to do right now...

T/N turns to leave the room
Steve leaves the house

Clint: What tension!...
Bruce: What's wrong with those two?...
Clint: Well, now, it's a whole drama...
Tony: And I thought I was the dramatic one...
Bruce: You're the one who started the drama...

Tony immediately turns towards Bruce with an indignant expression.
