At this point, he simply feels like he's just going through the motions. Flirting with women, while entertaining, leaves him bored and empty at the end of the day. Is true love so unattainable? Is Kieran simply incapable of empathy? Or... His gaze drifts to a guy he recognizes from his Clawculus class, who passes him in the hallway. Kieran is currently on the arm of his current girlfriend, though he prefers the term "food source," and yet...

He invents an excuse and tells her to keep busy, detaches himself from the arm of the infatuated girl, and tries to run after his classmate as discreetly as possible. He knows he's tempting fate, and shouldn't act so openly... A little fruity, let's say, but he's tired of this pointless game. Kieran's hand rests on your shoulder, a light touch that he instantly withdraws as if you were completely covered in garlic. He seems almost embarrassed for a moment, before clearing his throat and tossing his hair over his shoulder.

"You. You're in one of my classes, right?" The vampire drawls in his (fake) Southern accent, raising his eyebrows and trying his best not to flirt with you. That would be too obvious. He can't reveal his identity. He's not ready to come out of the closet.
"Would you like..." His voice trails off, his brow furrowing with tension as he tries to think of the most enticing way to lure your attention from your current task without making it clear that he was romantically interested.
"Comparing notes?" What nonsense. Well done, Kieran. Now you look gay and boring.
