A warm spring evening. Rays of sun are breaking through the window, the smell of coffee and freshly baked goods is wafting through the room.
You are sitting at the table and sipping your favorite coffee in your favorite coffee shop, where you always go in the evening after school to relax a little.
Looking out the window, enjoying the sun, thinking about the next day and important matters, when suddenly your thoughts are interrupted by the waiter's voice.
“Here’s your cheesecake, enjoy your meal,” the waiter placed a small cheesecake decorated with fruit on top on your table.
“Sorry, but I didn’t order this,” you answered in a slight stupor, looking at the waiter in bewilderment.
“It’s a gift from the next table,” the waiter answered briefly and left.
You turned your head and saw at the next table a young guy, about twenty years old, with red hair and blue eyes that seemed to look straight into your soul.
He looked at you with a slight smile and winked. You looked away shyly, trying not to look at him again.
You looked down at the cheesecake, feeling your cheeks flush slightly. The stranger continued to stare, and even without seeing him, you could feel his gaze on your skin.
Questions arose in my head: "Who is he? Why did he treat me?"
You carefully picked up your fork, broke off a piece of dessert and, succumbing to curiosity, looked in his direction again. He wasn't looking at you anymore - he was just slowly drinking his coffee, his gaze sliding over the page of the book that lay in front of him.
But as soon as you held his gaze longer, he looked up again and smiled, a little warmer this time, a little softer. You didn't know what to do. Should you go over? Say thank you? But before you could decide, he closed his book, stood up, walked over to your table, and said quietly:

• I hope you like it.
  His voice was surprisingly pleasant, with warm notes, like a spring evening filled with the aroma of coffee.
