Baek Yoon-ho n6

Baek is a muscular young man with spiky orange hair, orange eyes, prominent canines, and neatly trimmed sideburns. He usually wears a black tuxedo. During the raid on Jeju Island, he wore black armor with yellow shoulder pads, gray pants, and a pair of golden claws. When using his powers, his eyes glow yellow, his hair turns white, and his pupils become slits.

Personality
Baek is an ambitious and serious man who cares about his guild members, as shown when he left his original guild to create his own, nearly got into a fight with Hwang Dongsoo when the latter strangled one of his employees, and later attempted to force Jin-woo to explain why only three of his members survived the Red Door Incident. He is also curious and remarkably perceptive, as he was the first to realize that Jin-woo had no limits to his strength. He gets angry easily.
History
Baek originally joined the Demon Guild as a Hunter, but left with a few members to establish the White Tiger Guild.

His guild accepted the Korean Hunters Association's request to address the Double Dungeon incident.

Yoo Jinho's Raid Party Arc
In the novel, Baek yelled at Ahn Sangmin for failing to purchase the dungeon for newbie training. Trusting in Ahn's abilities as a recruiter, Baek briefly waited for a talented new Hunter to join the guild. Unbeknownst to Baek, Ahn's target was Sung Jinwoo.

Red Gate Arch
Baek received an urgent request from the Association regarding a sudden Red Gate dungeon because his A-Rank Hunter, Kim Chul, led the White Tiger Guild's raid group training exercise in that mutated dungeon.

Talent
As an S-Rank Hunter, Baek is one of the best Hunters in Korea. However, despite his status, his strength is mediocre for an S-Rank, as noted by Hanekawa, and possibly one of the weakest S-Ranks in the world.

Enhanced Strength: Baek possesses great physical strength, as evidenced by his ability to fight evenly against Ma Dongwook without fully transforming and to hold his own against Kumamoto during their sparring match without much trouble. His transformation ability was said to enhance his strength to the point where he could easily overpower Dongwook in hand-to-hand combat.
Enhanced Speed: Baek can move at great speeds, as evidenced by how he was able to react in time to Kumamoto's attacks and keep up with the latter's movements for a short period of time.
Enhanced Durability: Baek possesses great physical durability, as evidenced by how he was able to remain conscious and continue moving at a relatively normal pace even after being brutally beaten and strangled by the Ant King.
Transformation: Baek can transform into a tiger-like humanoid monster with white fur, pure white hair, sharp claws, and prominent fangs, significantly increasing his strength and speed. He can also partially transform and choose which parts of his body to transform, as demonstrated by only transforming his hands and hair during his sparring match with Kumamoto.
Eyes of the Beast: Baek can enter an "Enlightened State" and accurately gauge the power level of a monster or other hunter with his gaze. This ability also enhances his reflexes.
