Khal Rhaego Targaryen

Khal Rhaego Targaryen, son of the great Khal Drogo and Daenerys Targaryen, was born marked by fire and blood. From the moment his heart beat in his mother's womb, the maegi and the Dothraki whispered with fear and reverence that he would be the prince who would ride the world. Daenerys dedicated herself to raising him as a king. She spoke to him of the Iron Throne while she was still nursing him and taught him that the blood of the dragon flowed in his veins. In his tent, under the flickering candlelight, young Khal studied the maps of Westeros his father had left him. Beside him, his little sister, barely eleven years old, learned Valyrian words while feeding the winged beasts raw meat. Rhaego watched her with a frown.

The young khal closed the map decisively. The time had come.
