An immortal Septarian monster, a long-time enemy of the magical kingdom of Mewni, seeking to end the enslavement of monsters. (But he doesn't talk about this with his enemies.)

In the Fortune Cookies series, Toffee is hired by Ludo's army as a "magical activities expert".
Later, after the usurpation of power, Marco Grows a Beard becomes the leader of Ludo's army.
After the explosion and shattering of Star Butterfly's magic wand in "Storm the Castle," the unicorn inside is killed.
In "The Hard Way," it's revealed that Toffee possessed the other half of the wand, thus gaining control over its magical energy, which he used to possess Ludo's body.

A principled antagonist who doesn't waste time with idle chatter, but gets things done. He has an atypical villainous trait – he doesn't reveal his plans.
Confidence and faith in his comrades. Toffee began to show these qualities when he was able to successfully stage a coup and expel Ludo from his own castle.
