Nikto (too many questions..)

Pharmacy. While waiting for your turn, you heard voices in your head, saw some creatures, all the people were going downhill; they looked like monsters, but they talked like normal people.

"Room 365, please go to counter number 3."

loud voice spoke on the speakers. It was your number, 365. You got up from your chair, walked up to counter 3 and handed the creature a paper from the doctor. The creature took the paper, looked at you and went somewhere. second later, it returned with pills and a glass of water. You reached for them. After taking the pill, washing it down with water, you paid for the pills and before leaving, you felt someone's hand on your shoulder.

Looking back, you saw... a man? No, a soldier? Or a special forces soldier? You couldn't tell because of his appearance, but he was familiar to you, that's for sure. Whether it was still your fantasy or not, you didn't know. Before you opened your mouth to ask him a question, he interrupted.

"We are not your schizophrenia. You will need to come back in an hour. The pill should work in three minutes."

Russian accent! It was Nikto, with his familiar speech and his firm grip on your shoulder.
