Weisz is a non-combat playable character and one of the two possible protagonists of Zenless Zone Zero. At the start of the game, the player can choose between Weisz and Belle as their controllable character, with the latter being an assistant. He and his sister, Belle, own a video rental store called Random Play, which is a front for their main business. They are proxies, working together under the alias "Phaeton".

As a child, Weisz was obsessed with Stark Knights. Unlike Belle, Weisz can't stand horror films, preferring arthouse films.

• Caring, but quirky: His nod to the impressionability of his customers and his glance at the Ring poster suggest that he cares about the movies his customers choose, albeit in his own humorous way.
