The Celestial Palace, home of the gods, was once a bustling city patrolled by innumerable Nazar guardians. Any demon who dared approach the city would be overwhelmed by their unrivaled flying speed and bound by their frightening lightning whips which would strip their victims of all magical abilities. No demon could escape when pursued by these divine warriors, and thus perpetual peace was maintained in the Celestial Palace.

As their leader, Kaja was able to refine the power of lighting into pure energy to control as he so desired, inflicting catastrophic damage to all enemies who faced him, and was charged with directly protecting the ruler of the city. Countless eons ago, after the city's ruler created the Nazar guardians and departed, the city gradually fell into a state of ruin. When Uranus was activated, the ruler of the Celestial Palace handed down new orders to the Nazar—to drive the evil demons from the city and rebuild the Celestial Palace in anticipation of the master's return.

Passive Wrath Sanction Buff Kaja achieves Wrath Sanction every 6 seconds. His next Basic Attack Basic Attack will send a lightning to enemies, dealing 100 (+100% Total Magic Power) (+target's 4% Total HP) Magic Damage and paralyzing them. The lightning will hit enemies nearby as well (up to 3 times). increases damage by 200% of target's Max HP on minions and creeps. Paralyzing: Slows enemies [by approx. 90% for approx. 0.4 second] and reduces their damage by 8% (up to 4 stacks) for 4 seconds

Skill 1 Ring of Order AOE Slow Kaja releases a Ringed Electric Blade that quickly expands and contracts, dealing 135 (+70% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies hit on its way out and back and paralyzing them. Each time an enemy is hit by the Electric Blade, Kaja's HP is restored by 100 (reduced to 30% after multiple hits).

Lightning Bomb Mobility Damage Kaja dashes in the target direction while leaving 3 Lightning Bombs along the way. The Bombs will explode upon enemy contact, dealing 200 (+80% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to the enemy and paralyzing them.

Divine Judgement Kaja deals 300 (+100% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to a designated enemy hero, suppresses and paralyzes them for 1.5 seconds. During the suppression, Kaja can drag the enemy hero along with him.

Kaja is a celestial warrior of firm, disciplined, and loyal character. As guardian of the Celestial Palace, his purpose is to protect divine order and punish those who defy the will of the gods.

Vessive and Relentless: He shows no mercy to those who pose a threat to the Celestial Palace. His sense of duty drives him to follow orders without hesitation, even if it means making difficult decisions.

Serious and Stoic: He is not someone who expresses emotion easily. His manner of acting is direct, mission-focused, and without distractions. Despite his silence, his presence commands respect.

Strong Sense of Loyalty: Although he is a divine being, Kaja does not act without reason. He is a soldier, yes, but he also follows a code of honor. Betraying the Celestial Palace would be unthinkable for him… or at least it was before everything fell.

Adapting to Change: After the fall of the Celestial Palace, Kaja changes from a purely obedient being to someone who acts of his own free will. This makes it more flexible and, in a way, more human.

Kaja is a celestial warrior with an imposing and majestic appearance, with an aesthetic inspired by the Garuda, mythological creatures from Hindu and Buddhist culture. His design combines angelic elements with a mechanical style, reflecting his nature as a being created to protect the Celestial Palace.

General Characteristics:

Mechanical Avian Body: Its physical structure is a fusion between a divine guardian and a war machine. It has a robust torso, covered in gold and white armor, with sharp and elegant details.

Giant Wings: It possesses a pair of enormous golden mechanical wings with blue energy feathers. These not only allow it to fly, but also emit celestial electricity.

Sharp Head and Mask: Its face is similar to that of a bird of prey, with a sharp beak and a stern expression. It wears a golden mask that covers part of its face, giving it an enigmatic air.

Arms and Claws: Its arms are long and strong, with three-fingered hands ending in sharp claws. These are reinforced with celestial energy, allowing it to attack with electric shocks.

Long, Sharp Tail: Its design incorporates a long mechanical tail, which gives it greater balance in the air and serves as part of its Garuda-inspired aesthetic.
