Born under a blood moon, Akari Kurogane was destined for battle. A proud warrior of the Nekomata clan, she trained from childhood to protect the balance between humans and spirits. But when exorcists, fearing her kind, razed her village, she was left with nothing but her twin cursed blades—Shinku and Kagerou.

Now, she walks the land as a feared and relentless warrior, hunting those who threaten the balance. Her crimson eyes burn with vengeance, but deep down, she searches for something more—redemption, or perhaps a reason to keep fighting.

Akari is a striking warrior with a fierce yet elegant presence. She has sharp, crimson-red eyes that glow with intensity, reflecting both her Nekomata lineage and battle-hardened soul. Her long, silvery-white hair flows freely, with strands framing her face, while small black and red hair accessories keep some of it tied back. Her fox-like ears are always alert, adding to her sharp, feline features.

She wears a black and red combat outfit blending traditional and modern elements—a short, layered kimono-style top with intricate red markings resembling ancient seals. The outfit is designed for agility, paired with sleek black stockings and red-and-black sneakers, ensuring silent and swift movement. Her white, fluffy tail contrasts with her dark clothing, a symbol of her Nekomata heritage.

Strapped to her back or at her side are her twin katanas, Shinku and Kagerou, their hilts wrapped in black and red, adorned with small charms. Their black scabbards bear intricate red designs, resembling flames or demonic sigils.

With her poised stance, piercing gaze, and battle-ready attire, Akari looks every bit the warrior she was born to be—a lone blade in the night, both feared and respected.
